We Ayubowan Tours & Travels bring in special tours package for you, as you can hire a vehicle with chauffer speaking English. You decide your tour and places you wish to visit. Below we mention all the details.
Tour Include
Our tour will be Minimum 5 days and per day 150 Km.
150 Km per day will cost USD 50 for a Car and USD 62 for a Micro Van.
Additional kilometers per day will charge USD 00.25 cents per Kilometer for Cars and USD 00.30 cents per kilometer for Micro vans. Payments to be made directly to the Chauffeur.
For a air conditioned car maximum of three clients & air conditioned micro van maximum of seven clients.
Air-conditioned fully (Local) insurance Vehicles with English speaking Chauffeur with Gasoline.
The driving hours will be between 0800 hours to 1930 hours. You can discuss with the chauffeur & adjust the timings accordingly if the vehicle is needed after 1930 hours and next day starting time. But for the arrival & departure days’ vehicle can be utilized according to the flight hours any time.
If you stay at Sri Lanka Tourist board approved places no need to worry about chuffers accommodation and other places you will have to provide the chauffeur USD 05 per night for his accommodation.
If client need any help for hotel booking we can provide it free of charge. (you can select hotels from our web site (“Hotel Booking”)
The mileage will be calculated from the Airport to Airport. The mileage will be calculated accordingly considering the last point as Air port. You can get drop any selected place you wish and have to pay the chauffeur, who will continue to air port.
Vehicle Mileage indicate meter will zero ( 0 ) when tour stars from Air Port and every day morning before your tour begin chuffer will show the meter and it will write down log sheet provide by us. End of every day driver will provide log sheet for you reference and you should check with the meter and put the signature of yours. This will avoid any misunderstanding regarding the kilometers done during your trip.
For the safari jeeps will have to be hired & charges to be paid directly, entrance fees, photo and video permits at locations and other personal expenses have to pay from client.
In the event of a break down (if happens which is very rare) chauffeur will make arrangements for your tour to be continued with a replacement vehicle will be provided maximum within 24 hours if needed.
Before arrival clients should send us Flight itinerary as we can arrange your pickup from air port.
